Bike Rodeos

Bike Rodeos teach kids safe riding and commuting techniques in a controlled environment.

Redemptive has conducted many bike rodeos in the past and in a partnership with the Housing Authority of Birmingham, Redemptive will conduct even more rodeos and bike giveaways in the future. This program is focused on youth ages 6-13 and teaches safe riding techniques, safe commuting techniques, and bike and equipment safety to kids so that they can ride safely while developing a love for cycling which can lead to a healthier lifestyle in adulthood.

We have had the opportunity to conduct bike rodeos in partnership with Birmingham Housing Authority and other organizations over the years. With the establishment of our Kids Bike Program we are excited to be able to do even more. We have further developed our relationship with the Birmingham Housing Authority and will visit each of their complexes and invite children between the ages of 6-13 to participate in our bike rodeo. Each child will receive a bike, helmet, and the knowledge to keep them and their bike safe and healthy while riding. We also have plans to bring in other organizations that align with a healthy lifestyle such as…(List of Partners)

We hope that instilling a love for cycling at an early age will lead to a healthier lifestyle into adulthood.

If you would like to partner with us or you would like us to provide a bike rodeo for your group or organization, feel free to contact us at info@redemptivecycles.com.
